Paul Catipon - President and CTO

Prior to leading Netpro Communications, Mr. Catipon worked as the Assistant VP and IT Manager at First Federal Bank of California, and as the Network Manager for the Brooklyn/Queens Catholic Medical Centers during the 1990's. Paul is a member of the commission of New Humanity's Economy of Communion project and the Focolare Movement. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from California State Univ. at Long Beach, an MBA with concentration in Telecommunication from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Dennis oversees the financial and administrative aspects of the company and helps with strategic and tactical initiatives. He has a decade of experience in various IT roles, such as Senior Technical Analyst, Account Executive, and Vice President of IT. He has expertise in IT management, project management, and IT operations, as well as knowledge of networks, infrastructure, application development, and support. He has also created technical documentation for Amtrack data security and reviewed MTA specifications and drawings. He has a degree from Cal Poly Pomona and attended East LA College.

Christian offers a wealth of experience across various roles such as Senior Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Senior Project Manager, Senior System Analyst, and Consultant. He has effectively contributed in cultivating a culture of development, inclusivity, and enhanced team productivity within the organization. Christian's skill set is encompassing Microsoft Office, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, business analysis, business intelligence, and QuickBooks. Fluent in English, German, and Italian, Christian's international experience highlights his proficiency in strategic planning and project management, emphasizing his ability to drive operational excellence and foster significant growth within Netpro Communications Inc.

Larry has expertise in mobile communications network planning and operation, wireless, UMTS, and telecommunications platforms. He has over 20 years of experience as an associate director of technology at AT&T, where he gained in-depth knowledge of business processes, project management, contract negotiation, and communication skills. He is proficient in designing, planning, and implementing projects, building effective teams, negotiating contracts, and managing operational issues. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from National University, a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science and Support Services from Champlain College, and a Cisco Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification.

Peter is a Senior Network Engineer with more than 10 years of computer network engineering experience on New York MTA systems. He has design, configuration, installation, and testing experience on transit systems such as PSLAN, Help Points, Cisco and other switches, data racks, fiber, and IP based edge devices. Peter has successfully provided network engineering services for prime and sub-contractor organizations on several MTA projects such as the Cortlandt St. Station Rehabilitation and  PSLAN for multiple stations.

Paul has more than 10 years of experiences as a Network Engineer and has been responsible for various aspects of network management, from communication system design coordination to the implementation and optimization of network infrastructure across multiple locations. His proficiency spans a range of technical skills and certifications, including expertise in Cisco platforms, network protocols, WAN communications, and server/networking administration.

Mark has more than 25-year background in managing critical infrastructure projects in North America, India, Europe, and Asia, he specializes in driving cost savings, scalability, and successful integrations. With a focus on Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Engineering Mark excels in solutions architecture, software development life cycle, quality assurance, and process automation, coupled with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Ely has more than 10 years of diverse experience in IT networking, virtualization technology, project management, construction management, and quality assurance. Skilled in designing, configuring, and maintaining data networks, virtualization, and cloud computing solutions using software, hardware, and operating systems. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Iinformation Technology from The Cooper Union Albert Nerken School of Engineering and a BA degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana in Cuenca, Ecuador.

Patricia is the Operations Manager at Netpro Communications and boasts over 7 years of international experience. She contributed to the project management and successful implementation of the ISIM-B project with Wabtec, showcasing her expertise in Systems Administration, Project Management, IT Networking and AV configuration. Holding a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems and Security from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, TX, she ensures seamless project execution and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Paula is currently serving as the Office Manager and Safety Manager at Netpro. She efficiently provides project status reports, maintains internal document control, and oversees payroll and accounts receivables. Her expertise also extends to providing safety support on construction projects, organizing safety meetings, and preparing safety documents for approval while adhering to industry standards. Paula holds an MS in Labor Safety Engineering from UFF, Universidade Federal Fluminense, Brazil, and a BS in Management Engineering from UCAM, Universidade Cândido Mendes, Brazil.
